Slow-moving vehicle
What it means
The orange and red triangle on the back of a vehicle means it travels at less than 40 km/h — a farm tractor, machinery or construction equipment. Be prepared to slow down.
Green, blue and brown signs give directions, distances and services.

How to recognise it

Where you will see it
On the back of farm tractors, machinery and construction equipment, most often on rural roads.
What to do when you see it
- 1.Be prepared to reduce your speed: the vehicle travels at less than 40 km/h.
- 2.Pass only where passing is permitted and the road ahead is clear.
